One precinct still hasn’t reported its results and absentee ballots must be counted in the 14th LD race for which Dave Mejias has already declared victory.  The GOP thinks Democratic Chairman Jay Jacobs announced the race too early, but Jacobs thinks otherwise.  The 260 vote margin will shrink to about 140 he says once all the ballots [...]
